Copyright notices

JustSlaps makes stickers on the user's own phone. We do not host or publish what users make. If you think something we publish (these pages, a store listing, or the app itself) uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to our copyright agent.

What the notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3):

Your physical or electronic signature.
The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
The material you believe infringes it, and where to find it (a link or a clear description).
Your name, address, phone number and email.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If we removed something of yours and you think it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, with the details listed in 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).

A false notice can make you liable for damages. If you are not sure, ask a lawyer first.
