Dire Syzygy / Terms
Updated 29 September 2026
These terms cover the apps Dire Syzygy LLC makes for phones, starting with JustSlaps, and the pages on diresyzygy.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
JustSlaps is free to try, with a small number of free stickers. One in-app purchase unlocks the rest for your store account. It is not a subscription. The store shows the price before you pay, and the store takes the payment. You can restore the purchase with the same store account.
The store you paid through handles refunds under its own rules: Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play. You can also write to us. This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
What you make is yours. We do not receive it and claim no rights in it. You are responsible for it: use only photos and videos you have the right to use, and do not make stickers that break the law, harass people, or use someone's picture in a way they have not agreed to. WhatsApp, Telegram and other apps have their own rules for what you send there.
The app works with services we do not run, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Play and the App Store. Their terms apply when you use them. WhatsApp and Telegram are trademarks of their owners, and we are not linked to them.
We may update the app, add or change features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
The app is given "as is". We work hard on it, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that every cutout is right, or that it works with every file, phone or chat app.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there, they apply only as far as allowed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law where you live gives you.
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
