Please add your support id (JustSlaps, Settings, Support id), your phone model, and what happened. The support id is 8 characters. It lets us find your purchase record without your name or email.
Open the pack in JustSlaps and tap Add to WhatsApp, then confirm in WhatsApp. WhatsApp needs at least 3 stickers in a pack. If your pack has fewer, JustSlaps fills it with its own logo stickers. They go away as you add your own.
WhatsApp never mixes still and animated stickers in one pack. JustSlaps keeps them in separate packs for that reason.
For Telegram, open a pack of still stickers and tap Add to Telegram. Telegram opens to finish the import. Animated packs cannot go to Telegram yet.
In JustSlaps, go to Settings, Keyboard, and follow the steps. On iPhone, turn on Full Access for the JustSlaps keyboard. iOS needs it so the keyboard can copy a sticker for you to paste. The keyboard does not read, keep or send what you type.
Use the same Google or Apple account you paid with. In JustSlaps, go to Settings, Restore Purchases. On a new phone this also works.
Your stickers live on your phone. To move them, use Settings, Save a backup, and open that file on the new phone with Settings, Restore a backup. Or pick a sync folder in Settings on both phones.
JustSlaps says so when a file cannot be read. Try another file, or save the photo again from your gallery. If it keeps happening, write to us with your support id.
